When Franci started to dance classical ballet in her adolescence, she was certain that art would be part of her life.
She was a shy girl, with some difficulty to express herself, but in the music found the security that opened the curtains of her shyness, making it possible to bring out her natural feelings.
My World...
“I always thought that art and culture is a part of the human being. The human being is already a masterpiece of God, and through the art that exists inside of me, I think it is my mission to bring hope to the people.
After graduating from Sao Paulo University, Franci worked as an international flight attendant at Varig Brazilian Airlines, opening her world, connecting with people through the heart.
Franci always identified with Kitaro’s music since her childhood. One day she had the opportunity to meet him and to her surprise, she received an invitation to sing on his CD, “The Sacred Journey of Kukai, part I” a project dedicated to World Peace.
After that she participated in a project with the Arte Viva Symphony Orchestra mixing classical music with a Brazilian touch. This project hopes to promote and strengthen a widening of Brazilian culture and musical arts.
Franci sings in 5 languages, and writes many of the lyrics for her songs. Her sophisticated style mixed with passion and influence from her home country of Brazil, gives a new dimension to crossover classical music.
“My mission in singing, is to connect to people, through art, through relationship, friendships heart to heart… When it really happens, there is nothing that makes me more happy.”
